The FPLA is a private operating foundation containing one voting member from each of the four lots. The function of the FPLA is to manage the protected tract and restrictions placed on the 31 acres containing the four lots owned by each of the members. One of the lots contains a cabin on a small lake and is the site for most FPLA meetings.
